Cox & Co look after our annual accounts, book-keeping, wages and salaries, business tax, personal tax, as well as general advice and consultancy – pretty much the full package.

They were very good at implementing a structure onto our chaotic way of doing the accounts. We have the additional service of monthly onsite book-keeping which helps us stay on top and picks out problems very quickly. There’s always someone on the end of the phone – they’re easy to communicate with and we’ve built a good relationship.


They were a big help when we made a major change to our business … from letting traditional residential housing to prestige city centre apartments and corporate lets.
As part of this change we moved to Brindley Place which has given us much more exposure. They took care of the change for us really well and helped us to put the figures together for the presentation to the managing agents – that was really important.

We’re now able to meet a much higher demand. And because we’ve grown, with many more lets per month, we’re a lot more demanding … but Cox & Co have picked up seamlessly – they don’t seem to be under any more pressure. They give us great service all round, they’re exceptionally competent, and we feel very confident that any liabilities we have are minimal risk. We don’t feel exposed when it comes to numbers on paper.
